Equipped with a 3-pin flood sensor that instantly detects water contact, this sensor can be configured to send notifications to your chosen IoT platform or the MClimate Enterprise app. A built-in buzzer and LED also provide on-the-spot audible and visual alerts.

With built-in anti-tamper button triggers, you will be alerted if anyone any to compromise the device, ensuring device security and uninterrupted monitoring.

Featuring an integrated temperature sensor or environmental monitoring, this device can also help predict freezing events and optimise building automation. The sensor itself is housed in a rubber-sealed, waterproof casing to prevent damage and will float when submerged, ensuring consistent functionality during flood events.

For seamless integration and automation, the MClimate Flood Sensor can be added to your existing BMS solutions including BACnet, Modbus and MQTT.
