The MClimate T-Valve sensor is a LoRaWAN® device designed to provide an innovative water flow control solution. Perfect for all standard plumbing systems, it offers remote and manual operation, ensuring precise water management while reducing the risk of water damage.

With options for DN20 (3/4") and DN32 (1 1/4") pipe sizes, it’s a versatile choice for both residential and commercial applications. Equipped with buttons, LEDs, a buzzer and device status indicators, it’s an intuitive device, ideal for water flow metering and demonstrating legionella compliance.

Equipped with temperature sensors, the MClimate T-Valve can also monitor the water flow temperature, helping you to prevent frozen pipes.

Enhanced Floor Protection

Combine the T-Valve with the MClimate Flood Sensor for 24/7 monitoring and automatic water shutoff during leaks, reducing damage and repair costs.

Built for All Pipes & Applications

The T-Valve is compatible with DN20 and DN32 pipe sizes, ensuring it fits standard plumbing systems in diverse building types, from residential to commercial.

Simplify Water Management

With MClimate’s Enterprise software, analyse and control water usage remotely while enabling geolocation functions and real-time notifications for end-users. Operating on an open protocol, this device can also be used on your chosen third-party platform.

Legionella bacteria typically occurs in damp environments with stagnant water, often within infrequently used pipes in residential and commercial buildings. The MClimate T-Valve enables you to remotely reduce the risk of Legionella by allowing you to regularly flush your pipes, eliminating the need for costly site visits. What’s more, through your chosen dashboard, you can maintain detailed records of these actions and the water temperatures recorded to demonstrate compliance.
