Product Description

The Nexelec PMO LoRaWAN Outdoor Air Quality Sensor is a comprehensive device which enables you to remotely monitor outdoor air quality conditions and fine particle emissions. This smart microstation will quickly detect instances where PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 levels are too high. Combined with temperature and humidity sensors, it’s the ideal device to build up a better picture of your outdoor environmental conditions. This can be particularly useful to:

Improve air quality
Protect public health
Ensure compliance with regulations
Identify pollution sources
Monitor climate change
Support research and development

For assured accuracy, the fine particle sensor is validated by an independent metrology lab. To ensure optimal accuracy, the sensor heats air to record reliable data without any impact from the ambient humidity. With the option to either wall or pole mount this device, it has a backup battery and integrated GPS making it easy for you to deploy and monitor your device in even the most remote locations. When it comes to powering this device, you can select to use mains power with a battery back-up or there is also a solar-powered version available (solar powered variant SKU - I950LR_FND_PV_S). This smart device transmits recorded data to a connected LoRaWAN® gateway. The data is then sent to your chosen third-party dashboard for visualisation by a LoRaWAN® network server.
